why does it show £64 a month then £54 next 2 months on my future bills on my account when it should be £33 a month??

Check the dates these bills cover as the chances are they cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks. For your first bill it covers the date your services went live and the following 4 weeks so the bill couldcover up to 7 weeks.

In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance.
