Hi, I am a diamond VIP member trying to access my reward offers on the app but keep getting rejected technical issues. I want to get the Apple TV free offer. All help appreciated

Have you tried deleting then installing the app again ?

I got as far as the 'enter your details' page fine but I had the 6 months trial not long back so didn't proceed beyond that. If you had an earlier trial would it throw up an error?
