It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know why I received a payment request from Sky even though I have returned my sky broadband equipment after canceling my subscription?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have proof of return and delivery details yet they are still asking for a payment without any verification from their end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
