      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can someone help me as I have paid my sky broadband bill a week and a half ago and on my account it says it not paid still and my wifi keeps cutting off and I don't know what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a direct debit or debit/credit card set up on your account because if so what might have happened if the payment you manually made has gone onto your account as a credit so do you see a credit on your account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:&lt;/P&gt;
