I subscribed to Sky temporarily in order to see a sports event.

I subscribed to Sky Sports temporarily in order to see a sports event. I also have access to Sky via Now TV, and now need to cancel my subscription with Sky. Problem is I can't find my account details - I have 2 email addresses and m not sure which one I used!

So, I need some help please.

Sky services come with a 18 (now 24) month contract so how long ago did you sign up to Sky TV ?

If you are not sure then give them a call.

We're other customers here so limited to what we can do.

However, what exactly have you signed up for as most Sky contracts have a minimum term of 18 months where you cannot cancel.
