    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up an account &amp;amp; purchase broadband but when I get to checkout it says there's already an account listed at my address - I'm assuming this is from a previous tenant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd really like to speak to someone on the phone from Sky but when I call the 0333 number it just says there's no account registered with my phone number - because it won't let me set up an account - etc. etc...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can get through to customer support without an account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try dialing 141 before the Sky number to see if that lets you through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't then you might have to use social media to contact Sky instead, there are links at the bottom of the page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
