No sky q mini boxes

My mini boxes are not working and this is because sky say I don't have subscription .to make sure my account shows I am paying£15 a month .now without mini boxes for 5 days Can I take legal action

If you are new to the forum, or this is your first post, then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Your post isn't very clear. Do you still have a Multiscreen subscription?

That would seem somewhat premature, and Comcast can almost certainly afford better lawyers ; )

An account glitch of around 50 pence per day (running total £2.50) is somewhat unlikely to be the basis for a court case, although you could certainly try arguing with Sky for a goodwill gesture if they've made a mistake.
