Hopefully you will understand my problem. Last week i changed my internet provider from EE to Sky (i've had sky tv for past 15 yrs no probs). Since then i have been having nothing but problems with internet connection to my sky mini box. Sometimes it connects then i will lose signal minutes later, i follow instructions on screen to connect to sky, sometimes it will connect but lose signal in minutes or it doesn't connect at all. Yesterday i had the extra problem of losing connection between the main box and mini box but thankfully after looking online i put my mini box on standby and did the whole unplugging thing for 30 seconds and managed to sort it out but I still have the problem of no internet to my mini box and i have followed on screen instructions, pressed buttons and unplugged plugs, i also have a sky booster box but still the same. Any advice pls?
