Disney + used to work on old Skye box

we had a new box 3 weeks ago but have been unable to watch Disney+ we have spent hours on the phone trying to sort out the problem to no avail still waiting for the call back from on sky representative, we were also told to contact Disney themselves with the magic 16 digit code they just said not their problem it is a Sky problem

any help out there would be appreciated

@Wardy12 can you give us moreinformation

what happens when you try to sign in with your cedentials ie e-mail address and password

When we go into the app it asked us to get Disney+ or login both go to subscribe even the QR code does not work goes to subscribe page

in our Sky account it says it is already attached
