Disney+ and prime not working

over several months the Disney+ channel and prime have continued to not work. I have tried repeatedly to solve this issue. On one occasion a gentleman did give me a ring he said he would look into the matter and ring me back. Sadly, the fault continues and the gentleman did not ring me back

Has previously stated Sky Disney+ and prime continue not to work. This has been several months becoming extremely frustrated

Does your smart TV have the Disney+ and Prime Video apps built in to it? Have you tried using them instead? You simply log in using the same login details you use for the apps on Sky Q.

Sky Q boxes are quite old now and aren't the best at running the more modern, memory intensive apps. If you have an alternative means of getting the apps, be it via your TV's own operating system or via a dedicated streaming device such as a Firestick, GoogleTV, AndroidTV, Apple TV or Roku device, then you will likely be able to get them running quicker.
