      <title>Sky Q box consistently dropping network</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Sky-Q-box-consistently-dropping-network/m-p/5386207#M746514</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have an LG Smart TV - which is connected to my BT WiFi. The TV itself has apps like Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc already pre-installed and these work consistently so I can watch fine as the WiFi network connection is stable. However, my Sky Q box is connected to the same WiFi network/TV and consistently drops the network, so it won't load the 3rd party apps and many of the other services on the box. My WiFi is working fine (as shown through the TV being connected to the same WiFi and everything working fine) and everything else - my phone, home devices etc don't drop out. So think there might be a problem with the box itself. I've tried resetting the network and re connecting my WiFi but seems to be a consistent issue. Does anyone know of any solutions? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
