Stuck in a loop

I have recently moved home, I booked an engineer thinking we could put up a satellite dish but we can't as it's a flat. I've been told that I need to wait until the engineer calls and then cancel his visit (this will be on the 10th October) all I want to do is stop the engineer now and go onto sky stream, which I can use without a dish. I can't get through to anyone, I can't talk to anyone. Any suggestions. Perhaps it's best to cancel everything?

Have you checked with neighbours as to whether the flats are connected to a communal dish and if so is it compatible with Sky Q?

Hi @Simon150 I am afraid that to do that you will still be in the same boat, you still need to contact Sky.
