On demand services .

Doesn't matter which , just appears around peak times like 9.30 pm till 11.00

Im thinking either it's the internet speed or Sky Q box.

Even tho a speed test says it's all good , and hardware check using Sky apps are all Green .

What 'buffers'?

Q is primarily a satellite system so buffering shouldn't be an issue unless there's an issue with your wiring, LNB or alignment.

Sky Q is buffering (lost internet message) . Hard wired with cat5 into the router , so wifi not involved in the set up.

What is buffering? Sky Q receives it's live channels via satellite so would not be affected by any broadband issue. So is it live channels, apps or on-demand services that are buffering?
