Paramount+ cannot login on standalone app?

Hi there,

I have Paramount+ as part of my Sky subscription and it all seems to work as expected.

However when I try to run the standalone app on my iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or anywhere else I am stuck because I have to login to Paramount and I don't have a username or password!

I have tried using my Sky TV login details but it doesn't work.

I don't want to use the 'Forgot my password' link in case it resets anything and causes me problems with accessing it through my Sky Q box!

How do I get round this please?

hi @GlynH

You would have needed to set up an email & password for P+ where you might have used the same email address as SKY but (security wise) we would expect you to use a different password..

Assuming you can watch on SKY Q OK (as you imply), then go into the app

Left Arrow to use/activate the side menu

Down arrow to settings (just above Exit Paramount+) & press enter

You should now see the email address you used

If you cannot remember your password (& not find it in your old emails) then you probably will need to use the reset password
