Sky q mini boxes keep disconnecting

I have 2 sky q minis which randomly keep disconnecting. I have followed the reactivate steps on the main box and the mini and this eventually works. This is happening multiple times a day though which is really frustrating. One of the minis and the main box have been replaced but it is still happening. My contract is up for renewal and after 25 years i am wondering if it is worth the stress.

@kaloskd I have removed your duplicate post

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini boxes

Thanks for replying. This was happening before I replaced the main box on wednesday and has continued ever since so i dont think that is the fix here.
