Discovery Plus Sky Partner ID required to activate

I am unable to activate Discovery Plus even though it says it activated. When I try to login to use it, it asks me to choose a £3.99 per month plan and pay. The Discovery plus support team have asked me to request a Partner id from Sky but I cannot find this anywhere in my account and the AI assistant cannot help. Where do I get this information?

Hi @Alex+MacDonald

Yes, you need the Partner ID. It is not shown in the account - hopefully one day they will add it clearly in the online details so that all these hassles can be mitigated much more easily.

At the moment, the only way to get it is to phone up Sky. Not the AI assistant or the robot but an actual human at Sky. (When you get it, do take the opportunity to mention that it really ought to be available online!)

I received my partner id after calling support.

Discovery plus have advised that the code is invalid and I need to call back to have my account deleted and recreated.
