I know this is not a new issue as posted on here but I need to get it off my chest ! It's the old sound suddenly stops , I have tried - 1 turning the box off and back on using the remote which is sometimes successful. 2 unplugging box from the wall and waiting a few minutes and again this is sometimes successful. 3 checked the audio options - no hdmi to soundbar just set to normal not Dolby. 4 downloaded the latest software for the box. Between 08.30 and 10.30 this morning the sound went 10 times ! Yes 10 times which is extremely frustrating when taking into consideration what I am paying and it has happened now again ! Trying to contact and speak to someone at sky is so difficult to do , and the number I tried suggested using the online help which has no relevant sound loss help. Any ideas please ?

You say 'no hdmi to soundbar', do you mean you don't have a soundbar and you're just using the TV speakers? Have you tried changing the HDMI cable and using a different port on the TV?</P>
