Multiscreen - what do I need to do?

I upgraded to multiscreen package (I have sky Q right now), I had an engineer out today - I thought it was to install this however they are just doing the broadband... they couldn't do it so I'm still waiting, in the meantime - what do I need to get the multiscreen set up? Should I have received something else? I'm so so confused

Hi @Helen3781 The default Multiscreen is so you can view on different screens like phones, tablets, computers and games consoles. If you want a Mini box to view on another TV, you should have ordered it at the same time as Multiscreen. The chances are that they could charge you £50 admin to supply one now. They are self install.

Thank you, I'm confused to be honest - they waived the £50 fee - but they also told me I didn't need a box... because I had an engineer come today I thought it was to sort the multiscreen but it wasn't - they just did the broadband... the router was sent but no box... how do I access it in different rooms on different TVs, they are smart TVs does that make a difference...? Thank you so

Hi @Helen3781 If you haven't received your Mini box (required for each TV, smart doesn't matter) I'm afraid that you will have to telephone Sky and chase them for it. To be clear, you had to order it at the same time as the Multiscreen. You can order extra Mini boxes on your Sky Q Main box or using the My Sky App (£50 admin fee each).
