I cant get past step 2

I bought a new sky q box and I can't get passed step 2 of four. After a while of sitting on that page it asks me if I have any sky q products to connect to but I dont so it takes me to a page saying 'if you have tried connecting to nearest sky q products in the home and these haven't worked check all products are powered on. This is driving me nuts

From where?

Sky only loan Sky Q boxes to customers. Any you've seen / bought elsewhere will likely be stolen property.

Yes mostly it is so, but sometimes (even when it is not often) Sky Says, Keep the Box.. yes also a SKY Q... It happens from time to time..
Stop saying it is a Stolen Item, When you are not sure!

BUT a second Hand SKY Q Can be Disabled from SKY, so that she is not Usable with an Other Viewing Card, and tan it Works with absolute no Channel...

Example Message:
We've withdraw service on your sky q box..
Means, Game Over. You can only Reset the Box and use it with FTA Channels and nothing else.

Other Example.. A Viewing Card Works in it, but no Aps at all are Working. "You have to Upgrade your Subscription" is a Message when you try to open a App.

or this like here "cant get past step 2" What ever it Means.. never seen Before.

Are you saying do not have a Sky Q subscription? As even to view even the free channels you need a Sky essentials subscription and Sky will then supply you with Sky Q box and viewing card.. So there is no need a purchase a box

As need a Sky subscription and particularly a viewing card as stated above to active a Sky Q box which if even if you did have but do not get that Sky Q box from Sky will not activate or send out viewing cards for that box. Therefore is the above is the that box is useless to you.
However what you are putting in your post you may only have a Sky Q mini box. Which will only work if you have Sky Q minbox. Dose the box you have have connection to connect to a satellite dish on the out of property? In fact have you actually got a Sky dish with a SkyQ LNB on the outside of you property if not nither box is never going to work p, and you have a box without a satellite connection as from what you have put in your pst possible may be the case that definitely will not give you any service as it a many box and requires a main box connected to a Sky dish to work.
