Main Sky q unit continually loses WiFii

My sky q box continually drops its WiFi connection. We go through the reconnect process and 80% of the time but 20% requires a router reboot. None of my other devices have a problem with the router. It is so annoying having to go through this process every 5 minutes. What can I do?
