Linking a second device to Netflix

Hi,

I would like to link a second device to Netflix through my Sky package but Netflix wants me to set up account and pay. Anyone know the stepsI should follow.

@EMcD If you are trying to watch on a second device all you should need to do is open netflix on the device then log in with your username and password you set up when you originally set it up on your Sky Q box

That's what I have been trying to do but have had no luck so far. Nevermind, it's not a necessity in life.

hi @EMcD

As @Laing1 says you can login to any other device with the same credentials - the limit is active sessions.

This would suggest you are not using the correct credentials

you can check which email you used, assuming you are signed in on your SKY Q box:

In the app:

Up arrow to select the Top Row actions

Tab left to your profile icon & Select it

Arrow down to Get Help

Next to the first entry (Member) you should see Account Email & the email address used
