Recorded section - screen says “please wait” and no programs come up

We don't seem to be able to access anything in the recorded section. You go in to recordings - screen is blank and the words "please wait" are displayed. And it does change - can wait 10

minutes ir more... nothing.
we have reset and still the same.. any ideas??

@Shobbs Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hi, thats the first thing we did, and a reset...still nothing .🤷🏻‍♀️
