Hello. We have 2 Sony Bravia TVs, one connected to a main Sky-Q box one to a mini box. We have started noticing issues with picture and sound synchronisation on both TVs when using Sky, including app such as Netflix, Prime (although when using direct digital TV the synch seems fine).

I have followed the guidance from Sky's suggestions, rebooted the boxes, etc. I do not think we need to set up a millisecond delay because it affects both Sky-Q boxes and not digital terrestrial TV.

Is thus a known issues - with a resolution?

Direct Digital TV goes through different processing and does not use the HDMI connections so is irrelevant here

It can be a case of trying the delay on the HDMI audio .

it may not be the case for you but I know in the past we have seen people have delays when using TV modes that involve a lot of processing (often used in Sports mode and Dynamic/vivid modes) so it may be worth trying other TV modes (often Cinema modes have less processing) & worth playing with other settings in the Picture modes to reduce processing.
