When my Q box is turned on my phone picks up a Sky Wi-Fi signal which seems to suppress my Gigaclear WiFi even though they are no way near each other. Can the sky signal be turned off?

In which case, go into your phone WiFi settings and get it to forget the Sky network it is picking up.
