If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

September 12th is tomorrow not Sunday. Changing it this late may mean you incur a £25 charge.

The 12th is tomorrow a Saturday so if it is tomorrow it might be a bit late to change it as you could be waiting weeks for a new appointment. To see what is available try this link:
