Sky mini box technical fault.

My mini is connected to the main box but after restarting it 3 times it is still showing Technical fault with this channel ( on all channels) and to try again later. Can someone help as I can't find a number to call for help. Many thanks Jayne

hi @Jayneanne

The mini relies on the main box so please may I suggest this:

The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on your mini box(es).
