Moving Sky Q

We have SkyQ and are moving on 08/09/2026. I cannot action the move with an install date post 22/09/2026(after Broadband is installed) on the website as it continually errors on "Review Basket".

It seems impossible to speak to an agent othr than the robotic chatbot.

Is it easier to cancel it and then take our equipment with us ?

@robdunkerton if you cancel, you'll have to return your equipment so probably not the best way forward.

Use the phone number given via the 'still need help' button here, and try not responding to the bot. Eventually you should be asked if you want to speak to an adviser.

You can choose to pay a local independent satellite television dish installer to carry out the work required at the new address if you wish.
