Re-activate Sky Q from Sky Stream - no services

Moved back to sky q this morning following an unsuccesful trial of Sky Stream.

All equipment plugged back in and ready to go, but apparently account stuck in pre-active status and chat is saying nothing they can do for 24 hours?

Anyone know anything else I can do to get sky services back before the Liverpool game tonight lol?!

Sky Go not recognising subscriptions either.

Never mind the chat give Sky services a ring and speak to Sky agent, they might be able to activate account a lot quicker. I remember when I returned to Sky following a maketing call from Sky and offering me a good deal, though I had not have Sky for some considerable time but after the conclusion of the phone my Sky box had service within minutes. So if you actually speak to a Sky agent they should be able to press a button there end and activate your account in time for the football match. You got nothing to lose by giving them a call.

Tried to call 3 times, and either get cut off by an AI agent or just get cut off.

So frustrating, I can see online my sky activation date is set to be confirmed, just needs someone to update it in the background. Shouldn't be this hard.
