Typically for viewing disruption from rain you'd need to log the issue with Sky and book an installer appointment to adjust the dish alignment

Less commonly it's water penetration of the LNB (dish receiver element ) or dish cabling causing an electrical fault.

It may be worth unscrewing the satellite cable connectors on the main Q box and checking for galvanic corrosion there: unplug the box from the mains connection before you do so.

It could be water getting into the cables. If that's the case you need to speak to Sky who will probably arrange an engineer.
