    <description>ive been with sky 7 years now and I changed over to the gb+ they said thay have to install the fibre which they did but put it in the cupboard by the front door which in now confused about as they say on their own website site the best place is out in the open not In a cupboard I phoned these to query this and they sent and engineer out and he said that's where they always install them round here i asked then if the could move it out of the cupboard but he said theses no point but half the main thing like tv sky q box xbox keeps losing connection to it any suggestion what to do because sky just keeps giving me excuses</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ideally place the hub somewhere central away from other devices and objects which can blcok the signal, ideally as high as possible as opposed to on the floor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could consider acquiring a longer ethernet cable to go between the ONT and the Hub: ethernet supports up to 100 metres without any impact on speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
