Hi, I've seen this many times in other posts but never found a solution!

trying to download On Demand content from Channel 4 on my Sky Q box. I have HD package. Sometimes the content downloads for the first few minutes but most of the time it just says Failed No Subscription. I've also had this on Channel 5.. Previously rang Sky and they done a full reset and eventually replaced the Box but I still have the problem. It forces me me to use the App and watch the ads. Any ideas?

Hmm, not sure what to suggest here sorry. Normally this is a Sky-side problem. I've just tried downloading S1e2 of "The Murder Detective" (the one from your screenshot I think) and it's downloaded ok for me.

Where I have occasional failed downloads, I re-try later and it works :(.

I would definitely never accept new hardware, box swaps or do "full resets" for this kind of thing, that's insane, for the same reason you wouldn't move house to fix a dripping tap in one room. That's just a desperate "something must be done, this is something" action which is nothing more than a waste of time and is very unhelpful to suggest.
