Removing redundant sky dish

Now my Sky service comes through fibre I assume my Skydish is redundant and I can remove it. But I am not that confident about upsetting the Sky system

If you have Sky Stream then your dish and the cabling attached to it is entirely redundant. You can remove it yourself or get a local handyperson to come and detach it from your exterior wall and dispose of it. You may need some filler for the bolt holes. Sky do not remove dishes and cabling.

Simon2012477 If you have a Sky signature subscription that mean you will have a Sky Q box which gets it's live TV signal from a satellite so you still need the satellite dish and cabling

Yes, you have Sky Q. Whilst some content is streamed over the internet the primary source is still the satellite dish and you cannot remove it.

Yeah you don't have a pure streaming service. You've got a satellite based service with a box that supports some streaming capabilities.
