Sky q mini box keeps freezing, slow to respond to remote getting very hot ,trying to get to speak to someone at sky is like finding lord lucon ,at my wits end,they are all right taking over 50 pounds a month for a item that's not working

A multiscreen sub is only £15 undiscounted. You may wish to speak to Sky if they are charging you over £50 for it...

@Bathunty987 sounds like it is struggling to get its signal from the main box you may need to speak to Sky to see if they can send out a booster to help the signal from the main box to the mini box.
