Sky remote code for finlux model 50MU35F

I just bought a new Finlux 50MU35F and the sky remote will not work to control volume. I've tried various codes but none working..

Any suggestions.

Do I need to reset remote to remove old TV etc. many thanks

@snooker1471 Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

I have tried that but when following on screen prompts it seems the TV code isn't found.
