I'd booked a engineer on the app. When, after a few days, I didn't receive any email confirmation I rang Sky to check all was well. There wasn't any record of my booking, so I had to start again. It will now be 2 weeks until its online again. Sky didn't even offer any credit on my bill. So im still paying for absolutely nothing

I'm beginning to think that Sky make complaining as difficult as possible in the hope that people will just give up.

@Martin2566 you could make a complaint see below

I'd also complain about them charging you whilst you had to wait not sure if they can check what happened to your home move request on the my sky app
