I spoke to Carol a few days ago who was very helpful. However, I decided to keep my multi box in the dining-room but it doesn't work now. What I need to know is if she realised I was keeping it or did she cancel it. She did ask but then I went on to other problems and it may have got lost in the communicaitons. if it isn't on and I'm not paying for it that is fine I just need to know.

Take a look in MySky via the app or online to see if it is still part of your package.
