topic HBO Max and Disney+ HD only in Sky Q

I hoped this wouldn't happen but it was enevitable. I watched House of the Dragon Finale on HBO Max in UHD on Monday. I also Watched Dune Prophecy in UHD this week. On Disney+ I usually have UHD options (including IMAX Enhanced Marvel films). This is all through Apple TV 4K with membership through a Sky Q package. Suddenly those apps have switched to HD only. Has this happened to eveyone this week? First the ads came a few months ago, now the drop in quality. Is the only option to go top tier? Monthly cost £9 for Disney+ and £10 for HBO Max? Times are hard UHD tiers would be a great diamond member benefit.

You went get them as a 'Diamond member benefit.'

Thanks for your reply. I realise I won't get UHD without paying for the correct tier I was just interested in the timing. Have other people been downgraded this week in particular? Also the suggestion of a VIP perk was more a suggestion on how Sky might tempt their long standing customers to stick with Sky rather than switch to Now TV to save money. My subscription is already pretty high without adding a further £19 a month.

The Disney+ and HBO Max subscriptions included with Sky have always been the basic with ads tiers, which are HD only. Nothing has changed this week.

Well I must have just been lucky for the past few months receiving UHD. Which is partly why I was curious as to why this week? Am I the only one?
