topic Disney+ in Sky Q

When trying to access Disney+ through the sky Q box, it asks me to follow the QR code on screen and log in. When doing so it tries to get me to pay.

I have activated/linked through the MySky app.

when I go the the sky marketplace, click on Disney+ it starts to load then opens a sky page showing me what's featured on Disney+

Since the Disney+ was added to the ky package I have tried on several occasions to access it. Each time it just gets stuck on the same page and stays there. I have tried it with the QR code and nothing happening.

Same issue here - trying to sign in to Disney and it takes me to a signup for a subscritpion page

In case this helps anyone else with a similar issue. It seems for some unkown reason that the sky/disney partner id was not correctly allocated to my Disney account. Sky provided the 16 digit partner ID and I called Disney+ help and provided them this ID number and they correctly setup my account.

Do you use the password you use for logging into sky ?
