@Sofi3 You should also be aware there is no urgent appointments for Sky Q, you'll, be given the earliest date availbale if an engineer is required.

@Sofi3 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini box
