Netflix issue

Netflix says it is a new agreement to show adverts. On my second tv Netflix wants my date of birth. Then when answered it wants to know my gender but freezes. I am unable to view it on my second box but it works on the main box. Why can I do to get it to work again on the second box

Profile is complete when I open Netflix account on my phone....
