Can’t download available programme

I am trying to download a programme on U&W which part of my subscription and is showing as 'also available'. I'm changing the settings to standard definition and not high def but I keep getting a message saying I'm unable to download as this is not part of my subscription. Can someone explain why? This isn't the first time this is happened and it's really frustrating!
