Were you late paying and therefore your Sky Q services were restricted?

Payments are taken as direct debit so there is no question of late payments. But when I log in it says thank you for the payments and the message on top says your account is frozen

You may need to contact Sky about this. If a call to Sky results in an automated message saying you need to pay first then your services are restricted.

Hi @Aliza Telephone numbers are blocked in this community. Just expand "Need more help" on any Sky help page to expose a number. You cannot avoid the virtual assistant. Say you are leaving normally gets their attention.

Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn't allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

But remember- if your services are restricted you won't get through.
