@Gill196 try taking the card out giving the chip a clean with a soft cloth the re-inserting the card pushing it in firmly until it clicks

Often this is solved by taking the card out, making sure the chip is clean with a lint free cloth and sited correctly (i.e. pushed in properly).

A power cycle of the box itself (unplug at the mains for 5 minutes) can also help.

If you still have issues, go to Home > Settings > System info, highlight your Viewing card number, select Setup on the right side, and choose the option to trigger a callback/refresh.
