Unable to add Discovery plus profiles

We recently added Discovery plus tou our account and after having difficulties accessing the service we finally got it to work. However, we are unable to add additional profiles. There is no facility in "manage profiles" to add. We have tried both the TV and a laptop.

Weird.

Might just be a blip if it is affecting the TV app and the web, you should be able to add up to 5 profiles I think.

Do you have the app on a mobile device like a phone or tablet you can try on?

I don't know if the same using the app on the Sky Q box but I using the app on a fire stick and when I go in to the Home Screen there a menu on the left of the screen and if click on it, at the top of it there is little blue head with name of the present profile , just above "my stuff" option. Using the up button of the the remote navigate to it and click on it. You should then be greeted with a screen with your present profiles, probably in your case just the one. To left of the last one there is circle and underneath saying " create profile " click on the circle and then will be greeted with a screen with little Avatars, click on on one you like. The you will be greeted with a screen to file the details of your profile. If you want to manage an exsisting profile, follow my instruction from the Home Screen to get in to profile screen, then select the profile you want to alter and underneath you will see a pecncil icon, click on that and you will the get a screen with that icon and you will be able to change it.

We have tried on several devices. I know we can have up to 5 profiles, however there is no icon to create additional users in "manage profiles". It doesn't stop us using the one profile, it's just slightly annoying.

Unfortunately we do not have a "create profile".
