due to WPS button is just flashing amber

when prompted to press it still flashes amber

@WPS1 on what box is the message asking you to press the WPS button coming up on ?

what box are you actually pressing the WPS button ?

what boxes do you have in the house?

Have you power cycled the Sky box by unplugging it at the mains for 5 minutes?
