My apps have disappeared

On my sky q box and my 3 sky q mini boxes, the apps have all disappeared except the Sky app and the U&Alibi app. How do I get these back as I use these apps daily and this is very inconvenient.

Hello @Marie1950,

Thanks for taking the time to join our Community and sorry to see you're missing a number of your TV apps on your Sky Q boxes. Can you try these steps to refresh the apps on your boxes to see if that brings them back?

Press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select  Apps 
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete.

Normally you can go to Settings but not press Select, instedd pres 001 and Select.
Go to Aps and then on Refresh.

In my Case it does not work.. my Box has Suspended from using Apps.. because my Viewing Card was from an old SKY+ HD Box.

But in Your case it Should work, when your Subscription is Active.
