Welcome Gift - Movie disappeared

Back in Feb as part of renewing with sky I was offered a welcome gift - a free movie up to a certain value. It's still showing as a tile on my sky box when I go into sky store but it's vanished from my app to be able to claim. I've not had an email to say it was expiring/ remind me - do you lose these if not used within a certain time frame?

I'm sorry to see you're having problems taking advantage of your 'Welcome Gift' of a free Sky Store purchase when doing this using your remote. Are you able to sign into https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/sky-vip/sky-vip-gift and claim the movie, then it will appear in your 'Purchased' collection on your Sky Q box?

Thanks for your response Jason. When I click on that link all of the films I have clicked on have a cost attached to them, nothing appears to be free so I'm not sure if that's because only some are or if my reward is no longer recognised/ had an expiry date.
