Hi @Alboycooper Have a look here My Sky Q box is stuck in standby. This will lead you to replacing your box (doorstep swap) if required. Please note, if your box has been lost, stolen and damaged, Sky may charge you. We cannot say it often enough, remember to keep your viewing card before it disappears in the DPD van.
