Can’t connect a Q mini

Hi All

as title, I have 4 minis (I know I can only use 2 at the same time) my problem is that one has been turned off at the plug for a little while in a spare bedroom, I have guest coming to stay and want to connect it back on the network, but as hard as I try it won't connect to the main Q box, I even hard wired it, but still nothing.
I've done all the usual, but still to no avail.
im thinking it may not be updated with the current version as its been turned off.
So any help would be appreciated

@Tonkie can you try swapping it with one that has been working and is nearer to the main Q box to see if it picks up the signal and updates ?

tried that, I've noticed a reset button on the back of the mini, do you think resetting it might help?

@Tonkie you could try a reset, if you do press the reset button until the light on the front flashes red or if its already red until it flashes
