SkyQ has Blue screen and no sound on all channels. Rebooted it, but it's happened again!

We've had the same thing happen twice today, we've switched off on the wall, switched back on and it's been ok again but this must be a glitch or something in weather maybe?

Sky scan says all OK.

Reboot works for a few minutes the blue screen again

Blue screen on all Channels, no sound been like this for half an hour at least maybe longer. WiFi is working. Turned it off and turned it back on still the same

Skyq blue screen seems to have resolved itself, after yet another reboot switch off. Fingers crossed it keeps working this time!!!

Can access home page black upper left able to select programme using remote once selected blue screen no programme . Called earlier today did a reset unplugging sky box worked fine until 10 pm same thing happened . I unplugged sky as I did earlier today everything came back on but cannot keep doing this as means to watch tv there clearly is a more underlining issue that needs investigating

Hello, twice tonight during adverts my sky Q box freezes on a Blue screen. The only way to start it up again is to power down, but twice in one night? Something is wrong.

I've had the same issue all evening. Keep switching box off waiting a minute then switching on. That works for around 30 mins then it happens again.

My sky q box keeps freezing then just a blue screen

My sky q box for the last 3 days keeps freezing then only showing a blue screen. Its happened 3 times today. I try turning it iff but when I turn it back on the blue screen is still there

Had the exact same problem with mine, the multi room boxes in other rooms seem to be working fine

Same here, started last night with a random crash. Switched off at wall, turn back on & it happens all over again. Even updated software. What's going on?

Same here last few days, watching normally, then freezes, go to another channel and it's blue screen, power down, disconnect, leave for a bit and power back up, all okay, then it happens again, very annoying!!

My TV freezes during an advert. Then if I change channels it's a blue screen with no sound. I switch it off at the wall and turn back on it works until an ad again. How do I sort this.

Same prob for my elderly mother - literally 2 nights running 30th and 31st July at 6:45 pm screen turned blue - each time she's reset box via plug/socket and then all ok ....any ideas what could be causing this? No broadband in her house so sky q doesn't have any links there .- thanks all

Have any others resolved the probllem of the TV screen going blue. I switch everything off at the wall, wait a few minutes and it comes back on. However, I have to repeat this procedure a number of times during the day.
